چکیده
Due to environmental and health concerns, a substitute for conventional wood adhesives has been sought, with bio-based being one of the most-researched alternatives. Recently, adhesive made from citric acid sucrose was used manufacture sweet sorghum bagasse particleboard. However, pressing conditions (200 °C, 10 min) consume high amount energy, so optimization condition is required. Therefore, effects ZnCl2 as catalyst curing reaction acid-sucrose were investigated. Thermal analyses such differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) well Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy insoluble matter investigate effect on behaviour adhesive. DSC TGA showed that decreased temperature, enthalpy reaction, apparent activation energy. The energy obtained using Kissinger method 123.7 kJ/mol 108.7 after 1% added. level in cured 4 h boiling treatment at 150 180 200 °C various heating times (6 higher addition ZnCl2. FT-IR could accelerate degradation sucrose, formation 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, polymeric humins.

Enzymatic Synthesis of Sucrose-6-acetate by a Novel Immobilized Fructosyltransferase From Aspergillus sp. GX-0010
Background: Sucralose is an ideal food sweetener and sucrose-6-acetate (s-6-a) is a key intermediate for synthesis of sucralose. Synthesis of s-6-a was studied by free fructosyltransferase (FTase) from Aspergillus oryzae. Because of the limitations of free enzyme in stability and reusability, a FTase obtained from the new isolated Aspergillus sp. GX-0010 was immobilized and inv...
متن کاملA novel method of surface modification to polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane by preadsorption of citric acid or sodium bisulfite
In membrane processes, various agents are used to enhance, protect, and recover membrane performance. Applying these agents in membrane modification could potentially be considered as a simple method to improve membrane performance without additional process. Citric acid (CI) and sodium bisulfite (SB) are two chemicals that are widely used in membrane feed water pretreatment and cleaning proces...
متن کاملOptimisation of Citric Acid Production from a Novel Strain of Aspergillus niger by Submerged Fermentation
Fungi isolated from various rotten fruits and vegetables were screened for the capability of producing citric acid. Aspergillus niger (A. niger) was obtained in the decayed onion peels and denoted as KON13 and this fungi strain was used in the production of citric acid by submerged fermentation. Critical process parameters affecting the fermentative citric acid production were investigated, inc...
